A long-winded, self-involved narrative of a guy with bad knees working his way into the triathlon world. From the first dive into the pool to the finish line at IronMan Lake Placid, I'll chronicle the physical and mental journey to casual athletic glory. Come to laugh at my pain, stay for the pursuit of an outrageous goal, and try not to leave after the occasional mundane training post. This is mostly for me, but if you get something out of it, I'll consider it a win.
